Woopsie Doopsie: Naked Man In Kid’s Fashion Ad

This is a screenshot from French clothing retailer La Redoute’s website advertising kid’s t-shirts. Aaaaaaaaaand they used a product shot with a dude’s wiener in it. I even found a closeup HERE because I know you’re a pervert! The image, which appeared for several hours on its website today, showed a group of four children running on the sand. But, in the background, a naked man can clearly be seen wading behind them up the sea-shore. Web users spotted the ‘faux pas’, which has since been taken down, and immediately took to Twitter to poke fun at the clothing company. Admittedly, I don’t really think it’s that big a deal. I mean, Europeans are WAY COOLER with nakedness than we are here in the United States of Embarrassment. Especially France. I just assumed naked wieners were a fact of life over there. “You’re going to vacation there, aren’t you?” I dunno, what’s my ticket say? “One-way.” *wink* Hit the jump for a video zoom-in of the man’s dongle in case you just can’t get enough.

World’s Largest Stop Motion Animation Film

This is a Nokia viral ad for their N8 phone featuring the world’s largest stop-motion animation, which was made on a beach using a crane (that’s a real boat in the picture). It’s a follow-up to their world’s smallest stop-motion animation and NOT a follow up to the job interview I had on Monday, which probably isn’t coming (I called the dude a pecker and threatened to choke him out with a computer cord when he asked for references). ‘Gulp’ is a short film created by Sumo Science at Aardman, depicting a fisherman going about his daily catch. Shot on location at Pendine Beach in South Wales, every frame of this stop-motion animation was shot using a Nokia N8, with its 12 megapixel camera and Carl Zeiss optics. The film has broken a world record for the ‘largest stop-motion animation set’, with the largest scene stretching over 11,000 square feet. Damn, that thing has a 12-megapixel camera? What’s my iPhone have on it? “A shit-ton of pics of your balls?” Haha, you know it! Hit the jump for the video, as well as a ‘making-of’ if you’re curious.

Damn Nature You Gowjus: Sand Zoomed 250x

These are grains of sand magnified 250x. I have no clue if representative of typical grains of sand like you’d find stuck to a dog turd at the beach, or if they had to pick through a bunch on a magic beach to find some really good ones. In reality, most sand probably looks pretty unspectacular under a microscope (and even more so though a telescope). Also unspectacular under a microscope ?: your MY penis. See what I did there? I took one for the team . It’s called sportsmanship or something. I dunno, I never played sports in school. I did play ‘Magic: The Gathering’ during lunch though. Hit the jump for a couple more shots of the hidden beauty.

So Much For Bodysurfing: Alabama Oil Waves

Note: This picture is small and I had to crop it click HERE to see the sadness in depressing high-resolution. This is a shot of a wave crashing in Orange Beach, Alabama . As you can see, it looks like absolute crap, which really got me thinking: there’s probably a lot of whale shit in the ocean , and I should stop drinking beach water. But it’s so salty! Eyewitness: BP oil spill [guardian] Thanks to Uncle Fester, who may or may not have touched Pugsley inappropriately (geez, just look at the guy).
